The quickest way to make reservations is online. Click here to book directly.
On Saturday and Sunday it is not possible to reserve lunch. Feel free to walk in, sometimes you may have to wait a while but we are happy to help and do our best to get you to your table as soon as possible.
Reservations via email are final after our confirmation. Confirmation within 48 hours. Direct reservations can also be made by phone at the above number. We are not available by phone between noon and 3 p.m. due to the busy lunch hours.

Monday: 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday: 10 a.m.-6 p.m. (dinner for groups on request)
Thursday through Saturday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Breakfast: Tuesday through Sunday
Lunch, High Tea, drinks, cocktails & bites, coffee, tea & cakes: daily
Dinner, High Wine: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Closed/adjusted business hours:
- Christmas Eve
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Carnival: During Carnival, we are closed as a restaurant, but open as Feestcafé Pilskanon. On Thursday after Carnival, we will reopen as Pilkington’s restaurant according to normal business hours.
Parking
St. Joseph parking garage (closest), about 300 meters or St. John’s parking garage, about 800 meters. From ‘s-Hertogenbosch Central Station you can walk to Pilkington’s in 10 minutes, a scenic route through downtown Bossche.
