Enjoy a delicious High Tea at a unique location, right in the center of Den Bosch (next to St. John’s Cathedral)! Pilkington’s presents its own High Tea with the class of High Society and the conviviality of country.
As hip as High Tea is, it dates back to Victorian times. It began as a light refreshment between lunch and dinner, but soon the High Tea became a “serious” affair in addition to entertaining. In the conservatory or in the “drawing room,” the hostess poured tea and served small sandwiches. These were carefully topped with pate and cress or thinly sliced cheese with cucumber, tuna salad with lettuce and then topped with cookies and small cakes.

You can also pick up your high tea at Pilkington’s in Den Bosch. Our sweet, cakes, pies and savory snacks are freshly prepared and hand-packaged. You can save it (temporarily). You will also receive one of our teablends with your order. This way you can enjoy our delicious extended high tea at home. Do you have a special occasion at your home or location elsewhere? How do you order our high tea to take away?
Check out our ordering page. Here you easily select a date and time for your high tea pickup. The price for ordering a high tea is €21.50 per person. In addition, you can optionally add additional savory and sweet additions to your order to make your high tea even more festive! Then you can pay directly online. You can pick up our high tea daily between 11 a.m. and noon.
