Pilkington’s Restaurant is a hot spot in Den Bosch and has been growing for over 30 years. Pilkington’s can accommodate more than 150 guests. The concept is characterized by a quirky lunch and dinner menu including typical English dishes and ditto ambiance. Many guests know us from our High Tea.

The restaurant features a conservatory, garden room, inner city garden and lounge on the 1st floor and is located in the heart of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, right across from the Sint Jan.

We are of course known for our high tea, lunch, dinner and courtyard garden. But we are additionally very active in entrepreneurship. We move with developments in society and innovate continuously. From Christmas to carnival and meetings to weddings, there’s nothing we don’t organize to perfection for our guests.

In March, we opened our new High Tea Garden Room: a beautiful High Tea restaurant in our downtown garden. We like to give our guests that little bit extra: genuine interest, personal attention and the perfect service.

Pilkington’s growing. And we are proud of that! And so the work and responsibilities of our business manager grow with it. We recently opened a High Tea restaurant in our downtown garden and the familiar conservatory with its floral ceiling underwent a metamorphosis. Our guests appreciate all these interventions and for that we are grateful! To support our business manager, we are looking for an Assistant business manager m/f with the core quality: enthusiasm.

From scones to apple crumble and carrot cake to Alaskan pie, at Pilkington’s we love to make all of our sweet treats at home. A big part of sweet consists of imagining, planning and making High Tea items. To expand our baking team, we are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef/Pastry Chef.

We offer: a cozy, small baking team. A workspace with a view of St. John’s, plenty of room for ideas and creativity. Variety and…tadaaaa: flexible working hours! Baking is not night work here, you decide together with your colleagues what days and times you work.

You offer: work experience at reputable bakeries, a baking diploma, creativity, enthusiasm, passion for the craft! You are flexible and pack a nice punch.

We are looking for a clerk in operations. Times and days by arrangement. You will work mainly during the day and once a week an evening shift.
Experience is not required, but hospitality insight and perseverance are.

We are looking for a cleaner(star), for 2 hours a day, times and days by arrangement. At least 1 day on weekends.

On Thursday, May 16, Friday, May 17, Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19, we will serve our JAZZ dinner starting at 5:30 pm. In fine weather, dine in the garden. During Jazz in Duketown, our a la carte dinner menu is modified. Reservations can be made here.
